Tommy Linstroth of Trident Sustainability Group will serve as a LEED consultant on the proposed convention center hotel on Hutchinson Island.

Trident Sustainability will continue to enhance the local design team participation, joining CMMI Architects. Trident Sustainability Group is a full-service sustainability and green building consulting firm based in Savannah. Led by sustainability leader and author Tommy Linstroth, Trident Sustainabiity provides sustainability consulting services in the areas of LEED consulting and green building, systemic organizational sustainability and comprehensive green municipal solutions. Under Linstroth’s guidance, the company has completed work on two dozen LEED projects around the country and in the Savannah area, including the LEED Gold Hotel Indigo-Athens, the LEED Platinum Georgia Power building in Savannah and Sustainable Fellwood in Savannah.

About the Proposed Convention Center Hotel
The proposed convention center hotel on Hutchinson Island will serve the needs of conventioneers at the Savannah International Trade and Convention Center. The proposed hotel encompasses approximately 382,000 square feet of space composed of guestrooms and suites, restaurants, retail space, public areas and meeting facilities. The proposed convention center hotel will , with construction materials used from local sources to reduce transportation mileage and emissions.
