Kimberly-Clark Distribution Center

The Kimberly Clark Distribution Center (Building GHI at Logisticenter Industrial Park) in Logan, NJ is a 599,500-square-foot, build-to-suit distribution center in Swedesboro, NJ, which earned LEED NC Silver certification. The Kimberly Clark Distribution Center features highly efficient T5 lighting on occupancy sensors and a zoned HVAC that reduced energy consumption by a quarter. Water-efficient fixtures reduced water use by 40%, and the building was constructed of high-recycled and locally-produced materials, over 85% of construction waste was recycled.
