Trident Sustainability Group announces a new LEED certification – Penn Jersey Headquarters and Distribution Center in Philadelphia, PA.

The Penn Jersey project achieved LEED Silver certification from the US Green Building Council, and is the fifth LEED certified industrial project for owners DP Partners. Trident Sustainability Group served as the LEED consultant for this and each of DP Partners LEED projects, including the two LogistiPort warehouses in Pooler, GA.

“People don’t often don’t’ realize industrial projects can be green too”, said Tommy Linstroth, Principal of Trident Sustainability Group. “Achieving LEED Silver certification hit our initial target from the design phase on time and on budget.
