Building K at Logisticenter Industrial Park in Logan, NJ is a 360,000-square-foot warehouse that achieved Silver Certification under LEED Core and Shell. Building K features highly efficient T5 lighting and HVAC system which reduced energy consumption by a quarter, water efficient fixtures to reduce water use by 40%, and the building was constructed of high-recycled and locally-produced materials, over 65% of construction waste was recycled.
