Penn Jersey Headquarters and Distribution Center

The Penn Jersey Headquarters and Distribution Center in Philadelphia, PA is a 255,500-square-foot, build-to-suit office and distribution center which earned LEED NC Silver certification. The Penn Jersey project features highly efficient T5 lighting on occupancy sensors and a zoned HVAC that reduced energy consumption by a quarter. Water-efficient fixtures reduced water use by 35%, and the building was constructed of high-recycled and locally-produced materials, over 85% of construction waste was recycled. Additional warehouse ventilation is provided though the use of Big Ass Fans significantly cutting fan power.
