Tommy Linstroth (LEED AP BD&C, ND) is the Founder and Principal of Trident Sustainability Group. His career has spanned the private, academic, and non-profit sectors across the Midwest, West and East Coast.

Tommy is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Trident Sustainability Group’s client sustainability solutions, from minimizing an organization’s carbon footprint to managing sustainable development projects. He has been involved in over thirty projects which have achieved LEED certification, with another dozen in process. These projects include the first building in the Southeast to be both LEED certified and simultaneously in the National Register of Historic places; the premiere all-retail LEED shopping center in the nation; the first LEED McDonald’s restaurant; and Sustainable Fellwood, one of the largest Green affordable housing developments in the nation and part of the LEED for Neighborhood Developments pilot program as well as the LEED for Homes program.
